While others made promises during the election season, Tartu 2024 delivered results. Posters in Tallinn and Southern Estonia were small. Very small. Big deeds don’t need big posters. The photos drew significant attention on social media, followed by a post-election confession video: yes, things were made to look bigger than they really were. Posters, not results.
