The University of Tartu is the oldest (and most acknowledged worldwide) university in Estonia. The low budget, Monty Python style intelligent tv ads with tongue-in-cheek humour took a position against the universities in capital city, Tallinn. The messages communicated the key "selling points" of University of Tartu in a slightly twisted way.
