Eesti Energia is the largest employer in Estonia. People are scattered all across the country. Big question: How to improve communication between teams? Insight: Everyone wants to be friends with celebrities. We chose 12 top teams and turned them into movie stars. Well, actually genuine movie-poster stars. We created 12 fictional film ideas with short scripts, logos and slogans. Then we made 12 different movie posters for them using only Eesti Energia personnel. In-house poster exhibitions and modifications of them took the discussion to the point we aimed for – Who is that? From which team? What does that team do?
