A.ju mixes world cuisine with Estonian traditional cooking. The illustrations on the two ca 5x5 metre walls depict the landscapes and upbringing that shaped Joonas Koppel the head chef he is today. The illustration was initially created as a paper collage, then vectorised and eventually produced in layers of MDF sheets.
